We want you to love your Flowcube. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email founder@jingwellness.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your Flowcube arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the faulty item in most cases.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.

Non-returnable situations

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items not in resellable condition due to misuse.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to stop the order before dispatch.
