Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons. They begin once the order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Customs & import duties

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at founder@jingwellness.co and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
